I had an amazing stay at Golden Legend Palace Hotel & Travel in Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Apple went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, from local recommendations to arranging travel plans. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff are incredible. Thanks to Suzy and Christine. They are the best. I even left my heavy suitcase here to collect on my way back home. For free! I will stay here on my way home and anytime I come to Hanoi again, which I will be doing. Train street is two minutes away walking. I love Hanoi.

We stayed here multiple times during our stay in Vietnam and enjoyed it every time! The staff is amazing - Linda and her team went out of their way to assist us, and Linda was always on call (WhatsApp), replying within minutes and helping us with all of our transport and tour arrangements. Upon our first arrival, we were provided with a list of places to see and eat, which was very helpful during our first few days in Hanoi. Also the location is great in the middle of Old Quarter. Highly recommend staying here!
