This hotel was a 'treat' booking for me on my 3-week trip through southern France, and it did not disappoint - very modern, very well equipped (hotel and room), felt very luxurious. Quite pricey but worth it. Lovely, helpful staff, as good a location as one might expect in Andorra la Vella - good supermarket nearby and good-enough restaurants.

This is upscale Andorra experience. Rooms are well designed, big, service is excellent. Small slope just next to it is a big plus for families with small kids. Restaurant is good.

The room was luxurious, the amenities were lovely (jacuzzi bathtub, roomy shower, etc.), the view was spectacular, the check-in and check-out and valet service were great. I also enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge.
Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap.
Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier!

A really good hotel providing excellent facilities and an ideal location for any visit to La Vella. Good secure parking supported by very good staff to look after all your needs. Superb free Wi-Fi which is a huge bonus whilst in Andorra.

Perhaps the best location in Andorra for local amenities. The newly opened hotel has superb bedroom facilities with ultra modern finishes and although in the heart of Escaldes-Engordany the rooms are very quiet. Excellent breakfasts, very attentive staff and overall well worth visiting.
