Everything, literally everything. It's almost like family at this traditional Austrian hotel. Rooms maybe be small but very carefully and well equipped. Kids play area and private lake area complete the experience. Staff and owners were so so considerate it was exceptional. Marjorie, Alexandria and Hugo really put their heart in this property. We enjoyed a beautiful view from our room. Hotel itself is modern inside, yet perfectly fits the surroundings. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. SPA area is cosy and well-managed, with the tea spot available close to the pool. Rooms are kept clean and well-maintained, food in the restaurant is always fresh and delicious.

Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but
