The location, attention and care of the staff and all the facilities it offered was over the top! Great food, great playground and children activiities and amazing service. Good value for your money if you're looking for a place to rest and chill with your family.

The beach is protected by a reef and therefore very safe for swimming. The beach was one of the best I have ever been. The customer service was mostly very good. Jackeline spoke English and replied to WhatsApp’s, she was very helpful. Sergio would check in periodically to make sure we were happy. The night clerk who ignored us at 3am when we wanted to check out - we were less happy. He came out - then went back to sleep. The WiFi was very comprehensive (Ubiquiti) averaging 10-20Mbps for customers.

The highlight for me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We had a big group of English speakers with no Portuguese and despite the language barrier, the staff were so helpful and made great recommendations. The location is also great, next to lots of nice restaurants and the pool area was a lovely spot to sit out and have a drink.
