Both times we stayed, we saw seals in the river on a sandbank. There was access to a small beach as well. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was everything you needed to make a meal. The room was spacious and had a sitting area, table and chairs for eating, a kitchen area and a bedroom area.

The Chalets are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything that you need. The ocean view from the cosy bed is stunning. Definately order breakfast AND dinner, because the food is fresh, local and a kind of mix between traditional and haute quisine. Go for it! Highly recommended! Thx Angus for being such a great host!

The Tides Inn was our last night splurge at the end of a two week visit to Newfoundland/Labrador. A bit more expensive than other places we'd stayed, but well worth it. A wonderful place to stay. Great view out over the inlet from the room - all rooms have the view. Robert (co-owner) was so friendly on reception with great local dinner recommendation. Room was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Self service but with a good selection - bacon, sausage, eggs, cereals, toast and pastries.

Schöne Lodge, etwas ausserhalb von Main Brook auf einer Landzunge zwischen Meer und einem See gelegen. Es gibt diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt am See. Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, ausreichendes Wifi. Das Frühstück war lecker. Beim Abendessen und Frühstück sitzen alle beisammen am grossen Tisch.

Weniger als 2,8 km von Signal Hill und 400 m von Basilica of St John the Baptist entfernt in St. The whole experience was 10/10. The service, rooms and included breakfast were as good as any 5 star B&B I've been to anywhere in the world.
