I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. Everything was great. Reception, communication with them before and upon arrival. Room was perfect. The exhibition (Formel 1) and Aquarium excellent, great even for kids. Breakfast great, restaurant as well, evening bar and terrace too. Excellent service. Very good place in the heart of Switzerland, close to Jura, Bern, not far from A1 highway. Many opportunities to discover sourroundindg on a bike. Simply, exceptional !!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was super friendly and ensured our comfort. Loved being so close to the station, made getting around so easy.

The owner is very sweet, helpful and speaks English very well. The apartment is clean, big enough and has everything you need. The location is fantastic and it has a big supermarket only a 3 minute walk away.
