The staff were friendly and very helpful, right from the doorman and reception staff to the lady who cleaned and replenished our room (daily). Our corner room - with bath and large shower - was a magnificent size with a panoramic view, giant comfortable bed and even electronically switchable opaque glass between bedroom and bathroom. We spent 6 days working in the Li-wan Plaza wholesale building which is an easy 10 minutes walk away, as is the jade market area, while main shopping streets are on the doorstep. Could not be better located for us. The comprehensive Asian/Western breakfast with hundreds of choices gave us the ideal start to the day, while some free drink tokens helped us relax in the bar at night. This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel although my wife has been staying here for business for many years and reports that it was extensively refurbished after COVID.

All rooms are featured with a floor-to-ceiling window with a wide view of the city. Fitted with carpeted flooring, each unit comes with a flat-screen cable TV, a fridge, an in-room safe, a seating area and a work desk. The en suite bathroom has soft bathrobes and a shower. But i’m so lucky the concierge gave me the very best service to assist me during the stay. The staff named Mr. Jackson Huang is exceptionally attentive and very good to assist me to the hospital nearby. He was with me during the process at the hospital to translate everything in english and accompany me back to the hotel when the hospital visitation finished. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service that Mr. Jackson Huang gave. Thank you very much!

Each is equipped with a spacious working table, a 55-inch Smart TV, and quiet central air conditioners to create a comfortable stay for every guest. From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.

One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.
