My friends and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Savhe Shanghai. The breakfast was excellent, and the late-night snacks were a really nice touch. Don’t skip the black honey tea in the minibar — it’s absolutely lovely. The staff were super helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The laundry service was very efficient, with everything returned within one day. I also loved the amenities, especially the diffuser. The deep sleep pillow was so comfortable that I even purchased one to bring back home with me. If you experience any air-conditioning or heating issues in your room, there’s no need to worry. The staff are quick to assist and will help resolve the issue or arrange a room change if needed. Overall, it’s definitely worth it for a vacation. Highly recommended for family and friends trips. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Rate Tonight Homestay West Nanjing Road Branch Shanghai from December 1 to December 6, and honestly, we were really happy with the whole experience. From day one, the staff made everything easy for us. Every time we had a question, they replied fast and clearly, which helped a lot since it was our first time in Shanghai. We felt looked after the entire stay, and it took away all the stress that usually comes with traveling. What we appreciated most was how smooth everything went. No issues whatsoever—check-in was easy, the room was ready, and all our inquiries got answered quickly. It’s rare to stay somewhere and not have even a small problem, but this place managed it. We felt taken care of and heard every time we reached out. The location is also a big plus. Being right around West Nanjing Road made it so convenient to walk to malls, restaurants, and the metro. Even though it’s a busy area, we didn’t have trouble resting at night. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable five-night stay. The bed was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the space felt safe. Communicating with the host was also easy. They were friendly, quick to respond, and gave helpful information about the area and the check-in process. Little things like that really matter when you’re in a new city. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. No complaints at all. It’s the kind of place we’d recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future.
