As we booked this property mostly for our skiing trip, we thought it was great that is was super close to the slopes and had a separate room for our ski and boots. Even the car had its own parking space in the garage. When we first came into the apartment, we were welcomed by cleanliness, had towels waiting for us, and even a welcome-wine was sitting on the table. For questions, Tomas was always reachable and helped us even before the stay with all of our questions. Big Shoutout to him for all of his help. If you needed bread in the morning, the bakery was also super close by and in the evening we just walked to the restaurants we wanted to visit that night. All in all, the value for money was just outstanding.

Ability to pick up keys even when reception is closed was a nice surprise :)

The swimming pool is really nice. The location is great for walks in the hills and forests. The little town has what you need and is nice and quiet. Within 15 minutes car drive there are lots of natural beauty spots and viewpoints. The owners are a really nice couple who live on the ground floor of the house. The upper two floors consist of two flats. We like the one at the top, which has fantastic views from the balcony. If you have young children, then the loft playroom is absolutely wonderful, as is the garden with trampoline, hammock and swings.

The location was great, and the house itself was stylish, new, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed - ideal for relaxing indoors or grilling and hanging out on the spacious terrace.

The apartment was very spacious, very clean , and so much better than we could hope for. We loved every second of our stay.

This is a must stay for you if you want the full village experience. The house is beautiful. You get one room with a private bathroom (toilet and shower cabin). The room has a big, comfortable bed and is beautifully decorated. The room itself is not very big. Everything around is so green. The woods are beautiful. We came here on the first week of October. It is drizzling in the whole area all the time, but don't worry if you plan to hike - we also hiked and the woods actually protect you from the rain. We hiked with a short sleeve and a jacket and had a coat for when we were not hiking. In the cabin, it's really warm. Random tip - the best and most beautiful and magical hike we did was bastei bridge. The hostess was amazing. So kind! We are very grateful for her hospitality. She speaks only Czech and German - no English, but made a huge effort to try understanding us and asked her sons to help over the phone. She makes a different warm breakfast every day, along with other more common breakfast stuff like granola, yogurt, hams, cheese, bread, etc. The meals were all delicious. There are also two very friendly cats and the hostess makes soaps. The place has a parking in the yard. You might need to step on some mud to open the wooden gate.
