Cafe on site, free laundry, awesome location and new, clean, comfortable rooms. Can not recommend it enough!

I loved this hotel! It was super cute, but well sized for a european hotel. The breakfast was delicious and substantial. The bar was convenient and well stocked. Check in and out was easy, especially with the no check out needed portion. It was a bit outside of the city center, but it was within walking distance of two street cars, so transit was really easy. Edited to mention: I forgot to mention the bathroom! It was amazing! Huge, even! I loved it so much, I am using it as a model to renovate my own bathroom at home!!!

The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect.

Beds were comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a little getaway.

Right on top of the U3 is was super easy to navigate anywhere in the city. Also walkable to the mall and another large shopping center.

Martin at the Reception was nice and patient, he has done beyond his duties to even take over concierge role as he provided us with good info about the city. Sylvia at Breakfast, though looks daunting, is actually very friendly and even ensure that we get the recipe for the nice tomato paste. Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wish for us to have good food in the city and had even recommended us a good Italian restaurant outside the hotel.

State-of-the-art facilities include a double Michelin-star restaurant and a shopping arcade. Great location, polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend that to have dinner in the restaurant and taste Crème Brûlée :)
