I could barely stand when I got with two little kids and suitcases to reception desk. Sebastian at reception was the greatest guy ever. He just got us all sorted, checked in, and made sure I thought of breakfast next day (I didn’t, I am glad he made sure I am good and got all sorted). No extra paperwork/card swipes/any effort required. I just had to nod, I was so tired I was past speaking:) and all was done. Another member of hotel personnel gave me some breathing space by showing kids how to use shoe shine machine, allowing me time to sort out suitcases while kiddies were amazed and fully preoccupied polishing their sneakers:))) Awesome breakfast set up.

Underground secure parking. Staff on arrival and departure were extremely helpful. Room was extremely spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable.We certainly would stay here again!
