Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. -very large room and bathroom -the bed was amazing -the breakfast was very good and had lots of variety to choose from -shuttle to ans from the airport for an extra cost

Bénéficiant de la climatisation, l’établissement Luxury Apartment Heart Of Guayaquil est situé dans le centre de Guayaquil, à respectivement 300 mètres, 600 mètres et 700 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt... This apartment was located very close to everything. There was security at the reception. No one could come into the building without proper identification and purpose. The streets were heavily protrolled with security and police. We wandered around the streets without any issues. The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious. It was on the 18th floor and had wide views of the city and river. I loved that the fridge had filtered cold water with both cubed and crushed ice. The host was always available to answer any questions before and during our stay.

A stunning hotel on the riverside right in the heart of Guayaquil's Historic Park. The rooms are large and well decorated, the service is excellent and the food - both at breakfast and in the various restaurants - is really good. By staying at the hotel you are located literally inside the park, which has a lot of flora and fauna as well as various old buildings that have been restored either as museums or in one case as an upscale restaurant. Guayaquil is very hot and humid, and the hotel felt like an oasis from the city and the heat. It has an orchid garden courtyard inside, a beautiful old chapel which is still active, and a very pretty and well appointed gym. We spent a lot of our stay in and around the hotel, and although it's definitely not cheap, we were extremely grateful to have booked it (we were stopping in Guayaquil on our way to Galapagos).

My experience at the Hilton was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.
