The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. The property is clean and has a wonderful view on the leas busy side of the island. The food was delicious and nourishing. We felt totally welcome and at ease in the guesthouse. It was a great relief from the business in the other parts of Egypt. There were no extra costs no pressure sales and Hamada made bookings including getting a private car and a boat ride clear and easy. We enjoyed walking through the little trails of the village to other nearby cafes, restaurants and ruins.

Everything was amazing! They upgraded us for free in a better room with nile view, they were so kind and nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious and generous, they even prepared lunchboxes for us one day when we had to wake up early for our trip. The hotel is located in a nice quiet island so it was very relaxing away from the city but its easy to reach the city by ferry. Totally recommend it and we will definitely visit again!
