The resort is close to Sheikh Zayed City which is one of the most popular shopping centers and recreational centers of Giza. long and tiring journey, and upon our arrival at the hotel, we were received by a nice person with a wonderful smile and respectful treatment. Hotel super clean, super comfortable beds and superb staff, everyone helpful and ready to solve anything at any time, very good service from everyone. They stored us our backpacks during all day visits in El Cairo after check out, as we flew late night. Special mention to Motez from reception, always with a kind smile and helpful, caring about details. Also Abdelnaser who was ensuring our breakfast was well served and meeting our expectations. Place to repeat if I visit el Cairo again.
