Great location, not far from the beach. It's really clean and the rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The cleaning lady was so helpful. We had a slight misunderstanding during check-in, but everything was solved quickly and we were offered a bottle of wine.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, had a very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like mosquito nets for all windows. The whole place has a modern, natural vibe, with beautiful plants in the whole area. During the day, it’s perfect for relaxing by the pool: comfortable loungers, poolside service, and towels are provided. The view from the apartment over the pool, the property, and to the sea is more than beautiful and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. The food was amazing, the a la carte breakfast had delicious options and sizes were perfect. The kitchen is open until 9pm, and meals can be served either at the apartment (terrace) or in the lovely restaurant area with views of the pool, town, and the sea. Giannis and his team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed (e.g. oat milk for the cappuccino :)). Giannis also organized a taxi to the airport for us and offered help with anything else we might need - however, we were already perfectly happy. We will definitely come again and are already looking forward to it!

Great hotel, located in a peaceful area where you can truly relax, perfect for people who appreciate silence during their vacation. I especially liked that the hotel didn't have any shared pool, which often becomes a centre of loudness and is redundant when there is the sea nearby. Really lovely private beach with very comfortable sun-beds. Friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Great variety for breakfast! The staff at the reception is very helpful and makes sure you don't need to worry about anything during your stay, we arrived late at night, and there was absolutely no problem with check-in. Also as we had to depart before breakfast time so we received breakfast boxes in advance, which was a nice gesture!

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
