Each with a cheerful décor, the elegant rooms open to terraces or balconies with a view to the lush gardens or the main pool. All the rooms and suites are luxuriously appointed and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a well stocked minibar. The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.

Property Owner was there to personally welcome us… They have wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

The view from the pool was excellent.
