We arrive pretty late and he even uprgraded our room we are endless thankful, for everything you greeted us with a big smile and amazing service.

Although the main pool was under renovation, the staff ensured we had access to the VIP infinity pool with stunning ocean views, which was a great alternative. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were plenty of activities available (most at an extra cost). The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our family getaway even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and restaurant in Serpong. The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

Novus Jiva Anyer is een accommodatie met 5 sterren tegenover het strand in Anyer met heeft een tuin, een terras en een bar. The hotel is amazing. The staffs are excellent. I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes. Once we're finally there, we were amazed by the beauty of the hotel. And even more by the friendliness of the staffs.
