Staffs at the hotel are helpful and fast response even to un-expectations circumstances.
BIG THANKS to Receptionist Mutirah ( I hope I write her name correct!) and all the males staff night shift on 31st Dec 2024 for their professional to keep me felt safe and preventing unfortunately event happened. They’re really a pro. STAFFs like them should be promoted! They’re such assets of the hotel! Thank you guys!
Also thanks to staff receptionist Nur for gave us first impression of the warm welcoming when we just reached hotel. And gotta mentions the housekeeping services ( I forgot to ask for their names) two boys are very good at what they do.

A great place to relax. So serene. Huge villa. Masterbedroom was super spacious with great view.
Breakfast buffet spread was superb.
Love the Montigo Wellness Spa.
Buggy service was always available although we prefer walking.
