A caretaker met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. He came the next morning and prepared a perfect breakfast for us. The terrace is amazing. I wish we had some more days and warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. It was too foggy to get a view of the Taj. Parul, the home owner was very easy to communicate with. She came personally to settle our account on the last day. It'd great to be able to book without any deposit and pay after the stay is completed. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Agra.

I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway.
