The Staff , Receptionists to Waiters to Cleaning Staff were friendly and smiling, The room was great A/C worked well , WiFi worked . Music in the Corridors and A/C in the Corridors . Rooms and Hotel very Clean , Breakfast was very good with a wide Variety of food for all tastes, The Waitresses were very polite and friendly, And Spoke some English, my Italian is Rubbish. At night they have a Restaurant that is High Quality, The Food is Awesome from Seafood to Pasta to Steak . The Staff worked as a team and were friendly And Professional. The Hotel would suit All even though its Classed as a Business Hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!
