I am not one to post a review however this property and its owner Alessandro truly deserve it. Perfect location, excellent and comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities one may need. Alessandro (property owner) greeted us on arrival and was available to assist us with any request or advice we required. We even had a mishap that required us to stay an extra night and Alessandro insisted on not charging us for this although I offered several times. Its like we knew each other for years. Amazing chap. You deserve every success. Positively impressed.

Everything was awesome and Giorgio and Riccardo were outstanding making sure every need was addressed. Super modern new construction with smart rooms that were designed impeccably. We had a lake view that was breathtaking, and our bed faced the lake. It is hard to take your eyes off of the view.

It was the nicest and most comfortable place I stayed during my stay in Italy. First of all, I would like to thank Kim and Francesco for making my trip to Lake Como so memorable. I went to Lake Como without a plan and thankfully Kim and Francesco gave me some very good recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat, which helped me to make great memories with my family. The room was very clean, and the location is great, as there is a station and a grocery store about 5 minutes away. The sofa bed was bigger than I expected—it was big enough for two adults. Moreover, there are two bathrooms, which are absolutely more convenient and comfortable than one bathroom. When I arrived there, Kim and Francesco were very welcoming and quickly responded to me during the stay. They were also very flexible hosts, for example, if a room was not booked for the next day, my family was allowed to keep our luggage in the room until the following afternoon. In addition to the accommodation, Kim and Francesco's care made it possible for me to enjoy a great holiday with my family. I sincerely recommend to stay in the window on the theatre and the cathedral!
