The owner Alberto was very nice and helpful. The mountain view from the room was exceptional. I would highly recommend this room for anyone staying at La Spezia. Worth every penny.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! Astonishing antique villa with stunning views. The place is just jaw dropping. Located on a serene hill and managed by a wonderful and very helpful lady - this place gives you exactly what an experience on the Italian coast should be. It’s charming, extremely well maintained, clean and curated. Beautiful touches with sophisticated and charismatic details everywhere - just wow. Make sure you communicate with the property before your arrival - check in is not open 24/7. We just arrived without advising, booked last minute. Christina arrived within 10 minutes to open for us.

The location was the highlight of this property, being in central La Spezia was ideal for everything we wanted to see and do.

Everything was great - the apartment is well thought out with tasteful decor. The hosts were so helpful and recommend some great places to eat. The location is quiet but only a 5 min walk to the main hubbub.
