The staff is very welcoming. We were traveling with small dog and they put blanket for the sofa and plate with water. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, my wife left behind an expensive pair of sunglasses and they shipped it to our home as promised. Room was cozy and had a great view, wish we stayed longer.
