Palazzo Falcinelli Luxury Room in Montepulciano was a unique experience. Our family of three stayed for one night and enjoyed the unit. The historic building was a 5-minute walk from the parking spot (which is not the easiest lot to maneuver in). The unit itself is a large bedroom as is the bathroom. It is very modern with a lot of historic charm, like the wooden beams on the ceiling. The unit had a beautiful view of Tuscany as the sun rose. It is a short walk from local dining. I would recommend staying here.

This property is perfection. It is more beautiful than any of the pictures. The staff are incredible and so helpful, the food is delicious, and it's located near so many towns to explore in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and book it.

Incredible property - surrounded by beautiful landscape and is superbly decorated. There were three pools to choose from, a small gym and spa facilities which were wonderful. The room was large and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - really made our stay. The food is also excellent and there is an extensive wine list and good drinks menu. Definitely felt like a 5-star luxury hotel experience.

Ridiculously luxurious and pampering. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All the things included-multiple thermal pool, whirlpools, salt grotto, sauna, Turkish Bath, etc.-was amazing. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming, relaxing environment. Plan to just STAY put and relax. You won't want to leave.

The one-bedroom house is brand new and has super facilities. The pool is outstanding. The whole set-up is very luxurious. The location is excellent for easy access to lots of wonderful places in Tuscany/Umbria. Pietro, the owner, lives on site and is always ready with suggestions if required.
