The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They even went the extra mile by assisting us with securing tickets to the Petra night show at a late hour. Seeing Petra illuminated was a truly magical experience, a fantastic contrast to exploring it during the day. The hotel's location is ideal, just steps away from the entrance to Petra. This proximity made exploring incredibly convenient. While the rooftop pool wasn't ideal due to the wind, the jacuzzi provided a relaxing alternative. Breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary cookies were a delightful touch – thank you!

Dana Luxury Huts is a new property with a stunning view over the Dana Valley, run by a lady and her two sons. The food was excellent, and her sons were very kind and helpful. They even let my son ride their young mare. The descent to reach the hotel is very steep, so one of the sons came to pick us up with his pickup truck. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a magical place.

First my boyfriend asked at reception (in secret) to surprise me for my birthday and they really delivered with cake and a nice letter. Also asked them if we could have breakfast a little bit earlier so we can go to Petra as early as possible and again they arranged it without any problems.

Breakfast buffet has a large selection, everything is delicious, and it’s with a beautiful view of the canyon looking through the large glass doors and windows. The staff are kind and helpful, for example, Abdula at the reception gave me many tips, Emed at the restaurant really nice and helpful. In sum, I loved everything at the hotel and can’t wait to stay there again.

Yet, everything was well maintained, everything was clean and working. There was a very well equipped gym with sauna available. Mr. Hani was our host who was v v cooperative. We paid for the dinner which was too much for us, but it was fresh.
