Clean, location, and very polite staff

Beautiful complex, as if you are staying in a historic village. Low-rise building with nice rooms. We were upgraded to a very large and very nice junior suite at no extra charge. And are pampered. With a golf cart we were driven with our luggage to our room with stops along the way and explanations of where to find what (restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool). Slippers are ready, soft generous towels, free use of the minibar, espresso machine and kettle, fresh fruit and sweets in the room. The staff was very friendly. Everything is aimed at a very high level of service and customer appreciation. Everything is well arranged and of high quality. Aircos in the room, nice, large pools, spacious restaurant. Lots of menu choices at breakfast, both local and international options. Even when there are a few guests, choice at the dinner buffet is still sufficient. Bed was generous. A lovely mattress. Also the bathroom was spacious. Shuttle service to Petra or by car/tax about 10-15 minutes. We did not feel unsafe for a minute during our entire trip in Jordan from November 23, 2023 to December 3, 2023.

Perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty. And it'only 4 min with a car to Petra visitor's center and 5' walking to the city center. The big star however goes to the staff. The guy was so helpful, so accurate with all recommendations! He helped us to prepare a plan to visit most of Petra giving the little time we had. He also arranged a lunch boxes for all of us for Petra visit, as a compliment. We were a group of 11 and felt in secure hands while with him!

Our host Leiah was super helpful and kind, I would 100 percent recommend staying here. It's close to Petra entrance and very good accomodation with lovely breakfast.

This hotel impressed us with perfect service, beautiful interiors and a view of the historical monuments of Petra. All the staff were very attentive, kind and professional. The breakfasts were the best in all of Jordan, a great choice of continental or local breakfast, hot and cold cuisine. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us a beautiful room with romantic decoration and a beautiful view directly on the monuments. We traveled all over Jordan and this was definitely the best hotel. As one of the few, the hotel is well maintained, even in winter the rooms were warm (this is an exception in Jordan) and all the employees are top professionals. We would love to come back here and thank all the staff for an amazing 2 days that we really enjoyed!
