From check-in to the meal service, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and very well coordinated. The room was stunning - I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was 5 star ( the suite is comparable to the 5 star hotels - no detail overlooked). I can’t wait to return!

We liked the quiet location, the staff’s friendliness and determination to make us feel at home, and also the food! We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and she had a great time as well. The private bath and the bath in the room was absolitely out of this world. We were so relaxed after everything that we all fell asleep like babies.

Tokiwa Bekkan ligt op slechts 7 minuten lopen van de Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were super kind and patient. The lounge area was charming. The town was cute. I basically liked everything!

Boasting a 160-year history and a beautiful garden, Nishimuraya Honkan offers hot-spring baths and Japanese rooms just 1 km from Kinosaki-Onsen Train Station. While pricey I'd say it's 100% worth the value through the beautiful garden-view rooms, INCREDIBLE five-star dinner and breakfast experience and the service + you have the best onsen in town right in the hotel. Even though their sister hotel was closed - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a morning private onsen before we left which is exceptional service. This stay be a lifetime memory for us, we loved it.
