Prior to our travel, they helped made all the meal reservations & on our check in, the reservations details & its location map and car parks were all handed to us. Room was spacious and very functional. Breakfast was great with both Int’l and Japanese quality selection.

They’d truly thought of everything to make our stay special, including Aesop products, pajamas and a speaker to enjoy our time in the room.
