The hotel was spotless and pretty, the staff were super nice and helpful, and the location was spectacular. It was very close to everything, but still in a quiet and calm neighborhood. They also had a water fountain to refill our water bottles, and the breakfast/lunch menus were so good! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the onsen, a rich western and japanese breakfast. We really liked the Kaiseki dinner included in the half-board.
