The hotel in general is well-decorated with Martha Steward's touch. 2. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are at home at all times. From the moment you arrive until you leave. 3. The food is just simply delicious and very tasty and fresh. Compare to other very good restaurants in Nairobi or elsewhere. 4. And last but not least, their garden is impeccable. A very good place to enjoy your meal and relax. Overall, at Deerpark stay, is home away from home. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food and a quiet place that feels like home.

It was super clean and well appointed. There is a good-sized living room and dining room area and a kitchen (no oven but not needed). There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. Location wise, it is near Wilson Airport (and was about 25 minutes from NBO). It is a short Uber ride from grocery stores. I'm not sure how walkable the apartment is; Bonnie suggested we take a taxi to stores and that would have been most comfortable although we didn't have time to do that anyway. The best thing about this booking is Bonnie! On arrival he was available in the middle of the night to communicate with our Uber driver if needed. He was also available by text during and even after our stay. When you are in a new city, it's nice to have complete trust in someone to help with logistics!
