I am incredibly impressed with the outstanding customer service at this establishment. While traveling for work, I had to take public transport and required a very late check-in at 4 AM. Many other places either refused me or tried to charge for two full days, even though I was only staying for a few hours. In a last-minute decision right before boarding my bus, I booked this hotel and explained my situation. To my relief, they immediately agreed to my request without any hesitation or additional fees. When I arrived in the early hours of the morning, everything was perfectly prepared for me. The place itself is lovely, with a unique touch: each room has its own private outdoor seating area complete with a sofa, table, and even a ceiling fan. On top of all that, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of town, making everything easily accessible by foot. I can't recommend this place enough, especially for their wonderful hospitality!

Arugambay Alice Rest ligt in Arugam Bay, op 3 minuten lopen van Arugam Bay Beach en 2,2 km van Crocodile Rock, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en gratis privéparkeren. This was such an amazing place to stay. Location was perfect , very close to the beach & restaurants. The room was spacious , the bed very comfortable and with a mosquito net. Plus a large bathroom with hot water. The highlight of the stay was the relaxation .Great value for money . I highly recommend bay dreams we hope to return one day soon !

A great getaway! We had a wonderful time relaxing by the Indian Ocean, with a beautiful swimming pool that the kids absolutely loved. The meals were excellent, and the bungalows were very comfortable, featuring both indoor and outdoor showers. Each bungalow could easily accommodate four people. The kids also enjoyed a fantastic massage — a real highlight of their stay.

Jetwing Kottukal Beach House ligt in het rustige dorpje Pottuvil, op slechts 4 km van het Kottukal-strand aan de zuidoostkust van Sri Lanka. We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house, surrounded by beaches. It was so quiet there. We had the best walks and sunsets at the beach. Breakfast and dinner was very good. They even provided us with a breakfast bag to take with us when leaving for a safari at 4.45am. And laundry was done too (and it was never that clean and smelled so good on our trip. Staff was great. Thank you so much, would love to come back!
