Nice and quiet beach, you feel like you are alone in your tent. Staff was amazing and attentive, especially Umberto the GM who went out of his way to make it an extra special experience for my husband birthday. Definitely a hidden gem, will recommend to all friends.

Le Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa est un établissement respectueux de l’environnement, situé sur les rives sablonneuses de la baie de Passekudah, sur la côte est du Sri Lanka. We stayed at Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa for 8 nights and were 100% satisfied. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety - spicy local dishes, continental options, lots of seafood, fruits, and yummy desserts. It was easy to find kid-friendly meals, and the restaurant staff were top-notch. Our cottage was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing from top neighbors. Housekeeping was fast and flawless special thanks to Thasitha and Viraj for keeping everything spotless. The resort was peaceful and not too crowded. The pool was clean and well-designed for both kids and adults, with a nice bar nearby. The beach was beautiful and perfect for swimming in June. We also loved the kids’ animation. Richie, the animator, kept kids entertained with fun activities, giving parents time to relax. He was friendly, creative, and great to chat with. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in - clean, cozy, family-friendly, and well-managed. Highly recommended!

Doté d'une splendide piscine extérieure, le complexe Amaya Beach Passikudah se trouve à proximité de la plage. Hôtel somptueux, avec vue et plage privée pour se détendre. La chambre était très propre, avec un gros accent sur le service room qui revenait en début de soirée s’assurer que tout était en ordre. Le brunch, du matin et du soir était vraiment excellent entre plat plus doux moins pimenté et cuisine typique sri lankaise à côté c’était vraiment super. La plage avec sa barrière de corail juste devant l’hôtel, peut être embêtant mais, avec un masque et un tuba, cette barrière de corail permet de profiter d’une faune très diversifiée et donc des plus intéressantes. Nous avons aussi opté pour deux massages au sein de l’hôtel. Formidable et bien excusé.

It is with great pleasure that I leave a review about the Sunrise Pasikuda Hotel! My family and I spent a wonderful 11 days-I didn't want to leave! The two-room family room turned out to be very large and comfortable: 2 bathrooms, a bathroom, comfortable ergonomic mattresses, clean linen, all(!) possible accessories for personal care and hygiene, coffee and tea in the mini-bar, which was replenished in the morning and evening, room cleaning 2 times a day, a spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, views of the beach and tropical park. Two small two-storey buildings of the hotel are located on the huge green territory of Sunrise Pasikuda Park, with giant palm trees and many other trees and plants, which adjoins a wide beach with snow-white sand. One of the best beaches we've ever seen. The beach is snow-white, spacious with a very hospitable ocean! The entrance to the ocean is on fine sand and a shallow bottom, without waves, which allows you to swim all day in peace. The part of the beach belonging to Sunrise Pasikuda has comfortable sun beds with soft mattresses and towels, which are kindly provided by the hotel. Sprawling trees with a vast and dense crown serve as a real salvation from the midday sun – thanks to the hotel staff for taking care of these beautiful trees. There is also a huge swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, which extends throughout the park: from the hotel buildings to the coastline. Fresh shower. Delicious breakfasts in the lobby restaurant. From the usual omelets to Ceylon exotics; an abundance of pastries, tropical fruits and freshly squeezed juices. We really want to thank all the staff of the hotel! The management of the hotel, the staff of the restaurant, the beach, the rooms, the gardeners, the reception. You have given us an unforgettable, wonderful experience! We did everything possible to solve our everyday problems and at the same time left the opportunity to be alone with our family and our journey.

Doté d'une piscine extérieure, d'une salle de sport, ainsi que d'un spa et centre de bien-être, l'Anantaya Resort and Spa Passikudah propose des hébergements en bord de mer à Passekudah. L’équipe est adorable et tout le monde a été très gentil et serviable avec nous. La chambre était très agréable, belle décoration et très confortable. Belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Très lumineuse. L’hôtel au global est charmant avec ses arbres fleuris et son architecture (pas le gros immeuble de resort). Il n’a rien à envier à ses voisins qui sont beaucoup moins charmants. La piscine est très grande, avec différents espaces et nous ne sommes de ce fait pas derange par le monde (possible de faire des longueurs, un espace pour les enfants pour jouer, etc). La plage est propre et très belle. Charmante car proche des bateaux de pêcheurs et de la partie naturelle (pas de resort à gauche de l’hôtel).
