He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.

The hotel interiors are filled with antiques, art works and books. All beautifully decorated rooms at the Shakespeare are dedicated to different famous authors. Each comes with air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities and a small library. We loved our room! It had a nice view. It was spacious and comfortable. The majority of the team was very friendly. Breakfast was great, too. Within a walking distance from main attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops. Recommended!
