Absolutely a gem! Beautiful property with lovely beach and setting. Excellent restaurants (both are great with very fresh fish - large servings) and the nicest staff (especially head waiter at Rosemarin, pool and beach manager Ivan, breakfast welcome lady, and young ladies at the front desk). The best breakfast of anywhere we stayed. Very pet friendly which we really appreciated. So happy dogs could be on the beach! Wine o’clock at the marina is also a great restaurant. Free electric car charging also appreciated. You can walk to Herceg Novi on the waterfront but really why bother as the food and beach at the hotel are above and beyond anything in the area.

Great apartment! Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Special thanks to the host — incredibly welcoming, always available and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the terrace is amazing — perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is quiet, yet close to restaurants and the beach. Everything was just perfect.

We had the most amazing stay! The terrace is absolutely stunning and the room itself has everything you need. Milica was so attentive and very easy to communicate with. Perfect location, super close to the beach as well as supermarkets and the main part of herceg novi.

Excellent location at the heart of the old city of Kotor. The room was cutely decorated and comfortable, service was efficient and attentive, and amenities were top notch, from the kitchenette to the laundry service.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The dinner we had at the restaurant in the evening, along with the mesmerizing view, was also fantastic. We made wonderful memories. I'd like to mention that we were also very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
