You can enjoy a sunrise or sunset, a beautiful golf course and a view of the French part of St. Marten, depending on the room you are in. There are several suites available and they differ from each other in terms of views, furnishings, but all suites also differ in theme in terms of decor and color. It is therefore important that you contact the manager after you have booked and indicate your specific wishes if you have certain expectations. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a spacious gym and very large pool with facilities. The beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away and has various food and drink posibilities as well as water sports activities. The photos speak for themselves. In short, an excellent stay, perfect location and highly recommended!!!

Air conditioning worked really well and was really quiet. Showers were very powerful. KKO and Coco beach club are to each side of the condo buildings.

The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

Do not come here if you don’t want to eatttt! The rooms are cleaned all day, I don’t even know if I had the opportunity to use a towel twice. Fridge remained stocked and the staff were so sweeeet and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be returning! The food is amazzzinggggg, amazinggggg. Very convenient location! Excursions to St Barths and Anguilla sell out quickly, so try to book them prior to your arrival. Overall, would recommend and have already started recommending!
