Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

Everything was absolutely amazing! It’s a shame that we only planned two nights at playa — will come back for a longer stay! The house is a special piece of art. Each room is designed ingeniously and each piece of furniture is a special art piece. The rooms are very clean, equipped with all facilities you’ll need. The place is in a good locations close to many good restaurants and bars, and yet surprisingly quiet. Apart from the hotel, Fabri, the host, is a gem himself. He not only take care of our stay, but takes care of EVERYTHING. From airport pick up (at two different terminals even), recommendation for car rentals, for restaurants, for day trip recommendations, the lift to the ferry… with his knowledge he helped us arrange literally everything (he always gives a large range of options for everything and so at no time do we feel like he forces our hands for his benefits, all of his advices are 100% sincerr) Because of Fabri, we had a brain-dead vacation and a fantastic holiday.
