Everything was SO well priced (especially the Swedish massages, which were also incredible!) Most of the staff spoke English, or otherwise were very patient with our use of a translation app. Owner was also super nice and gracious.

Staff were helpful, caring and cheerful. Latecia's english was very good and she gave excellent recommendations for sites to visit that we hadn't seen before.

Monteverde is a secluded place in the forest region of Mazamitla, and offers free Wi-Fi connection in public areas, facilities with easy access for the disabled. Love the cabins, clean and quiet!! Great staff and always helpful!!
