The studio unit was new, clean and neat with nice interior. Its spacious enough for 4 person, with necessary amenities (kitchen, iron, tv etc). The wifi was fast and reliable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, accommodating even before we check in. The parking was little bit tricky but I had worse. Definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again the next time im in town if the price is good. however I hope they provide hand bidet in the washroom.

The apartment was very clean. It has that clean smell which greeted us when we opened the door when we first arrived. It felt very cozy, and we felt right at home although we were far away from Singapore. The kitchen is equipped with the cutlery and utensils, and the drawers were thoughtfully labelled. The apartment and rooms were spacious and what we really appreciate is that there is ample storage in all rooms. There are many hooks too, for us to be able to hang our shirt/jacket/etc. Every room, including the living room has a Kiblat sticker too, pointing in the direction of Kaaba, for us to be able to take reference very easily when performing solat. The toilets are clean too! One set of Dental Kit was provided in both toilets. From what we have seen and experienced, the apartment has been very thoughtfully furnished and maintained. The location of the apartment is immediately next to Four Points by Sheraton. In terms of shops and eateries, there are many options readily available within walking distance. The SKS Mall is just behind the apartment and there are many shops which includes convenience stores, supermarket, Roti Boy, an eatery offering Asian cuisine (including breakfast options), and even a wet market! If my 2 younger kids were bigger, we would have no issues travelling and roaming around the area even more. We will return to Desaru in future and Ancozy will definitely be one of our top choices! Alhamdulillah.
