A perfect home away from home for spending a week or two close to popular ski resorts. The place is just 20 minutes commute from Trysil and just a bit longer from Salen. Very easy to communicate with the host, obtain and return the keys. A spotless place with an abundance of kitchen cutlery and utensils. The fireplace was a great bonus, and a starter pack of wood was kindly provided by the host too. We will seriously consider it again for skiing in Trysil or Salen soon.

The house is in a great location, about 35-40 minutes from the airport. It's in a small quiet community of cabins overlooking the lake and mountains with fantastic views. The property is very well appointed and very comfortable. We were there in November with temperatures up to -7 and it was very cosy and warm, with everything you need. The log burner is fabulous.
The nearest shop is about 10-15 minutes in the car in Minnesund and has a very good selection.
The host was also very responsive to any questions.
I would highly recommend this property.

Unique experience staying in 18-story building made entirely form wood. Localized on the lake shore, Outstanding view form the room and lookout platform on the roof. Very good breakfast, all hotel personnel was very kind and helpful. Free car park.
