The facilities were top-notch, the rooms spotless, and the location couldn’t be more central. Staying in the Presidential Suite with my group of friends felt like a true 5-star experience, and the price we got made it even better. Every detail, from the décor to the service, exceeded expectations.

One exceptional highlight was a waitress named Deviyiu Sharma (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism stood out. She took great pride in her work, and her service was a credit to the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel assisted us in organizing trips, tickets, and taxis at preferential rates, including private drivers, tourist guides, and mountain flights.
