The staff are so hands on and so nice. They go an an extra mile to make us feel at home. Lemuel at the entertainment center took care of our son - playing with him different board games - Agustin at the waterpark was extra nice and took good care of the kids; Joven at the breakfast table was so nice; and others I forgot the names..
