The hotel was cozy and clean, there was plenty of food for everyone’s preferences at breakfast. The spa zone isn’t big, but wasn’t crowded during our stay. I got a massage at spa zone, which was perfect! Definetly would stay here again!

Free WiFi access is available. Location with good parking(which you pay for). Breakfast was very good with a big selection. Pool and jacuzzi came handy after a day out walking

Hotel Bania Thermal & Ski is situated in Białka Tatrzańska, next to Terma Bania water park complex, to which guests have free, unlimited access. The property also features beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains. Well, well, well... I haven't written the words I'm writing now for a long time. Let me start by saying that this hotel is wonderful and the rooms are large, spacious (be sure to get a room with a balcony), the beds are comfortable, the blankets are fluffy and cozy, the pillows are super soft. The breakfast is fantastically varied and delicious. And the next day there are new options. The only complaint is the quality of the coffee - hey, hotel bosses, go to the Circle K gas station and buy coffee there and it's 2x better than what's offered at the hotel. Why when everything else is so great? Throw your coffee machines out the window and buy the same ones as theirs. With the same coffee beans. I wasn't the only one who was upset about this. I saw and heard several people complaining. Let's continue with the positive - the water park is great. Everything is great, the only wish would be that there could be at least one pool where the water is not 30+ degrees, but, for example, 26 degrees. That would be pleasantly refreshing on a hot day. Kudos to the staff too - fast, polite, efficient and most importantly - their smiles were genuine, not fake. The hotel administration is clearly on the right track and it is worth flying here from thousands of kilometers away.

The on-site restaurant, Grand, offers a selection of Polish and worldwide dishes, as well as original dishes prepared by the chef. The Sport Bar Lobby offers drinks and warm beverages. The Panoramika Café features scenic views of the area. Absolutely amazing location. Very clean. Great breakfast.
