The place was newly furnished throughout and was very tasteful and not at all to much. The food was superb , dinner was exceptional breakfast was superb. the restaurant manager was a dream nothing was to much trouble. In fact all the staff were great. it was one of the best 4 star hotels i have stayed at. beats some 5 star hotels hands down. I am not speaking bull**** it was exactly as i said i was truly gobsmacked especially for the price. fell free to contact me to confirm any of the above.

Dinner was positively superb and an incredible experience. Breakfast is basic but good. The hotel staff were amazing and accommodating. We accidentally booked the wrong date with a non refundable booking but they knew we had been sent back from airport and unable to get on our flight and went out of their way to ensure we had a room for the night at no additional cost. Room super cozy and shower was amazing. 😍😍

Beata is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. Her place is very tastefully designed with a charm that many 5* hotels fail to encapsulate. Furnishings are very comfortable to the touch and highly stylish. Gives you an authentic and classy feel for southern Poland harbouring modern amenities without trying to be stale modern. Beautiful town view, garden and joyful dog Bella😊 We had a wonderful time staying there while visiting Krakow. Wish to visit again!
