Aside from the fact that i was upgraded to a spectacular room with the best view of Kopaonik and space so that our baby can explore, Grand Hotel is in the top tier when it comes to location, food and staff are excellent. Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

The buses to the slopes leave about once an hour; otherwise, you can get there either with your own car or by taxi.

Auf 1.650 m Höhe begrüßt Sie inmitten des Nationalparks Kopaonik das Putnik. Das Stadtzentrum und die Skilifte erreichen Sie von hier aus innerhalb eines 15-minütigen Spaziergangs. This hotel is ideal if you're looking to relax and take a break from city life. We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

Im nur wenige hundert Meter entfernten Ortskern befinden sich diverse Lokale, Geschäfte, Friseur... Neben dem historischen Thermalbad des Ortes gibt es auch ein ebenfalls mit heißem Thermalwasser gespeistes öffentliches Schwimmbad.

Clean, new and tidy. I love that everything was prepared as i requested. I love the view it is warm and an amazing complex. I love everything about this place. I would come again for sure. I was alone and it is super for me .
