The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Pyramid Stone House, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family, greeting me with warm smiles and an unmatched level of hospitality. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, with luxurious rooms that were both cozy and stylish. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the people. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They even celebrated my birthday with me in the most thoughtful way! Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests made this experience extraordinary. I cannot recommend Pyramid Stone House enough. Uns hat besonders die gemütliche und sehr saubere Einrichtung begeistert. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Gehminuten Castle entfernt. Das Highlight war definitiv die wunderschöne Terrasse mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht, auf dem wir jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee genießen konnten. Hr. Mustafa und die Kellner/Reinigungsdamen waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen,es ist sehr komfortabel, sauber,gepflegt. Der Ort der Unterkunft ist etwas ausserhalb vom Geschehen aber trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar mit Auto. Es ist in der Natur ,super zum entspannen.Das Frühstück megatoll,es fehlt an nix,5 Sterne dafür und für die nette Bedienung von Merve die uns alles von den Augen abgelesen hat,so höflich und freundlich. Kappadokien an sich supertoll und die Ballonfahrt ein Erlebnis. Wir wollen wiederkommen nächstes Jahr und dann auch wieder in dieses tolle Hotel mit supernetten Mitarbeitern. Vielen dank für die 5 Tage.

I've stayed at the Zeppelin Hotel in San Francisco before, which I thought was excellent but this place goes far beyond. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and warm. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful, fresh, local, and served with the kind of care that makes you feel truly looked after. My room was spotless, and the standard of cleanliness and comfort was simply outstanding. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the personal connection and care shown by Eren. He helped organize everything for me, including an early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes, a peaceful horseback tour through the valleys, and even a professional photo session that captured the spirit of the moment so beautifully. Every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. Eren clearly has reliable and well-established local connections. This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was a beautifully curated experience. Zeppelin Cappadocia felt personal, soulful, and magical in a way that no other place has. If you're considering coming to Cappadocia, look no further. I'll be back. Absolutely.

Amazing property. Very helpful staff especially marea and utks. Pool on the terrace with views like cave makes it a perfect pool in the world.

As the title suggests, this stay totally deserves it. The room was not only very spacious but it was very clean and certainly beautiful. There’s a luxurious interior pool downstairs which really sets out a vibe, and the breakfast buffet has lots of options, all of them being delicious! But what gave out the 10/10 is undoubtedly the staff, especially Noor at the reception who was heartwarmingly amazing and generously accommodating to my needs. The whole staff would go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well. May God bless you all. It truly made me feel at home, if not better :) would definitely come back!
