The proximity to the beach, the staff were incredible especially the General manager Mahmood and Ally on reception. All round the staff were alway smiling always helpful and kind. Mahmood was a manager who went above and beyond he helped to even fix my phone. The place was always immaculate and what I loved most that the staff were like family each one looking out for each other and treating the hotel as their own home making sure every detail small or large was covered. Access to the manager and staff was readily available 24 hours a day and Mohammed at the excursion desk was fabulous helping every customer with kindness, efficiency and great prices. But for me Mahmood was a manager that made everything easy and comfortable for a wonderful holiday. They cater for couples, families with young or older children, plenty of activities like table tennis, volleyball ball, pool , darts , football and a gymnasium I can assure you I will be returning to this hotel with my children the next time we fly to Zanzibar.

The food was exceptional and of the highest quality, this includes sea food and swahili food. The animation team was a lot of fun and made us really enjoy our stay. The manager Amir was extremely friendly and and helped us with everything we need, he did above and beyond for us.
