I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

Apartment has great view on the quieter side of Rynok square, amenities for 2-3 people. The host was very welcoming and friendly, we loved communication a lot, self-checkin was smooth, we were provided with all the needed instructions. Interior is beautiful, especially wooden floor and ceiling.

Had exceptional service, highly recommend! Not my first time in Lviv, but my first time in this hotel for a small solo trip. Located in the calm central area, quite place and lovely architecture. The room was big enough and had everything. The staff was friendly, many thanks to Jana especially for paying attention to details and making my birthday day special. The room service as well as restaurant was exceptional - food was delicious, also recommend to visit!
