Absolutely lovely place to rest up. Loved the grounds and the rooms we were in. Large spacious rooms with very comfy beds and good quality linen. They went above and beyond to help us out with a situation we had, which was very kind of them to do. Friendly, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended

A lovely older-style property with excellent rooms and great staff, within easy walk to beach. Very good breakfast. A big thank you to Claudette for her advice on restaurants and attractions to see and things to do on our self-drive from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.

When we got to the house the host was there to welcome us. Location is close to the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay. We are definitely going back. The rooms are specious. House was clean. For a girls trip this is definitely the place to book!

Excellent location and very tasteful Interior design. When arriving though, one night think that this is not the place. There is barbed wire and the villa doesn't look like much from the outside. Don't be fooled though. The assistant lighthouse manager welcomes you and is very helpful and kind. You can also visit the lighthouse somewhere between 5 am and 5 pm. The facilities and the kitchen are excellent. You also get an indoor braai (fireplace for cooking). The views from the villa are stunning. And you have the beach almost to yourselves. We saw whales blowing and breaching and took many beautiful pictures of the place at sunset and sunrise. We got an excellent deal and enjoyed our stay very much. One night may be too short...

I loved the fact that it had security, wifi and the air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. The comfort of 3 bedrooms, no steps to worry about. The main bedroom had a super large bed. The pool and braai area a definite plus.
