A great place to stay, quiet location, easy to get by public transport. It's quite far away from the centre of HK, however using metro & buses you can easily get everywhere you need. Our room windows were at the river, stunning view. Could recommend this place

The staff was helpful and friendly. Understands the needs of the customer and will accede to assist whenever is possible. Although hotel was a bit far from the city, it has the appeal to lure one back to rest after a tired day because of the serenity.

The location is great, right above the pacific mall. The subway station is right there. lots of restaurants around. The hotel room is clean, and view is awesome. There was a little story happened at that time. My son played my husband's phone on the checkout day, and forgot to bring with him. We didn't realize untill we got to airport. We called the hotel, they sent staffs to check the room and found the phone. They kept the phone in the safe for us till when went back to HONGKONG for ten days.
