Amazing stay and exceptional service! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family, and the location was ideal. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Wat, who went above and beyond for us. We had accidentally forgotten a suitcase at the hotel after checking out, and he immediately helped us and arranged for it to be sent to us by taxi without any delay. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Highly recommended — we will definitely return! 🌟

I had a great stay at Courtyard Sukhumvit 20! The property is new, very clean, and with very comfortable beds. I enjoyed a dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - all the food was lovely. And the service everywhere was wonderful. Soi 20 is a nice little street - some good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Location is superb. Room is freshly renovated so, it's new and very clean. Breakfast has nothing to complain.

Very modern, clean,and spacious. Everything felt brand new. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international options. The hotel put in an extra effort to make our anniversary special, which was very much appreciated! Nice pool area and dining options (we ate at the burger restaurant which had great cocktails). The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great service too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic option for anyone with an early flight the next day who needs to be within 20 minutes of the airport. There are additional restaurants close by and a shopping centre just up the road which is convenient.
